**Website Development and Services**
1. To complete your website within the specified timeline stated in the quotation, you must provide content, images, logos, and other required materials. If we do not receive these items, we will complete the website within the quoted timeline and may cancel the project. In this case, we are not responsible, no advance payment will be refunded, and you will be required to pay the full project amount.
2. The content or images displayed on the website may be revised and fully updated up to three times. Revisions will be accepted only via email in Word format.
3.Any additional features not mentioned in the quotation will be provided with a separate quote. Payment details will follow as per the new quotation.
4.You are responsible for purchasing your own domain and hosting. If you need support, we can assist. Should you need us to cover these aspects, payment must be made to us accordingly.
5. Domain hosting must be renewed annually. If payment is delivered promptly, we will assist with the renewal.
6. We are not liable for any loss of the website or business email due to non-renewal.
7. Upon website completion, a three-month period of free service and support will be available. After this, an annual maintenance and support package must be purchased. If AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is not paid or not subscribed to after the three-month period, we will not be responsible for any website issues or losses.
8. After website completion, to avail of AMC, please take the AMC quotation and transfer the annual payment. (Features and pricing for AMC will only be prepared and available after website completion.)
9. For any changes or updates to the website post-completion, kindly send a written request via email.
